Ms. Robinson is a Veteran businesswoman and a Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience dedicated to HR day to day operations and HR Functions across all scopes of the department of Human Resources. She brings to the organization an extensive history of accomplishments in comparable positions that necessitates many of the exact qualities and expertise that are required in order to reach goals and obtain optimal success. Some of them includes her proficiency in bringing forth fresh new ideas, being innovative, and producing creative events and fundraisers, along with her astounding Marketing and Public Relations abilities. She holds an MBA Degree with a concentration in Human Resources and Marketing and she is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Theology at Payne Theological Seminary.
In addition to being employed in Corporate America the last several years as a Human Resources Director and various other positions, in her spare time, she has worked as a Youth and Young Adult Counselor for The Greater Chicagoland YMCA bridging young adults into leadership roles, served as Chairwoman for Juliet Lowe Cadette Troop 385 Joliet, IL, Sunday School and Vacation Bible School Administrator All Nations Church of God In Christ, Joliet, IL, and just to further highlight her managerial and leadership abilities, she opened and operated her own trucking and construction company in Joliet IL from 2002-2006 which rapidly lunged her into being required to keep abreast of Public Affairs and Organizational Social Responsibility for the company’s self-regulation and accountability. Once she relocated to the state of California, she continued working as a businesswoman to earn a living while still contributing to underserved communities through outreach work and advocacy. In 2015 she launched the nonprofit M.O.T.H. (Matters of the Home) Foundation, Inc. There, her work consists of assisting victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, and child abuse. In 2015 she facilitated the 40 Hour Domestic Violence Training for psychology majors, forensic students, and police officers at Santa Ana Police Department in Orange County. By request, her services were sought after again in 2016 to conduct the domestic violence training once more, but this time at Rampart Police Division in Los Angeles. She registered for and completed a Victim’s Advocate Training Course at Casa De La Familia in Orange County which upon completion granted her authorization to be present on live domestic violence calls and ride-alongs with Santa Ana Police and LAPD. She has worked with Chicago School of Psychology Downtown Los Angeles assisting devastated women to receive therapy and counseling after they have been impacted by violence that resulted in them being deeply traumatized. Ms. Fannie Robinson is an active and dedicated member of (NCNW), The National Council of Negro Women, View Park Chapter, Los Angeles. There, she serves as an educator in The Reading Proficiency Program for at-risk children in (LAUSD), The Los Angeles Unified School District. She has worked with various organizations and assisted in the planning of many Events, Fundraisers, and Galas as well as serving the community through other outreaches and partnerships. In her spare time, she enjoys church where she is also active with the Children’s Ministry. She has delivered the same hard work and dedication to Salute 2 Kindness.
